Heartsaver First Aid/CPR/AED (Adult/Child) Classroom Course

The Heartsaver First Aid, CPR, AED program is a classroom, video based, instructor led course that teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage the first few minutes of a medical emergency. This course is appropriate for non-healthcare professions who may need to provide first aid, CPR and use an AED in several settings. (I.e. workplace, youth sports, camps, daycares, construction sites etc..)

Students are eligible to receive a course completion card after successful completion of all didactic modules and skills evalutations.

If cancellation of registration is needed, students MUST contact our office either by phone (585) 730-4030 or email: information@mylifesupporttraining.com  as soon as possible to be eligible for a refund. 

***Cancellations/Reschedules received less than 72 hours before the course date, as well as students who "No Show" to the course are not eligible for refunds. 

Students are encouraged to submit an email address checked often, as all course communication will be delivered by email.  Also, the AHA now requires that we issue eCards (electronic course completion cards sent via email), so the email address provided during registration is the email address that you eCard will be sent to.

Please note, the American Heart Association prohibits smoking at any courses by either students or instructors. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 

The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in all AHA courses and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the AHA. Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course materials, do not represent income to the AHA.


All course information will be sent via email (course information, confirmation, supplemental materials and important updates) Students are encouraged to use an email address that is easily accessed and checked regularly.

Some courses allow for cash payment options. If interested please contact our office to register @ 585-730-4030 or information@mylifesupporttraining.com  

This option is not available for all classes. 

Participants in classes that state "Paid registration is required for admittance into class" MUST pay prior to the class date.

FOR LOST/MISSING ECARDS: 

1. Check your email (including spam/junk folders) for an email from ecards@heart.org 

2. Submit a Replacement Card Request (links are at the bottom of the Course List) for the discipline required.  NOTE: For Heartsaver Cards, select BLS
