The Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Provider Course is designed for healthcare providers who manage respiratory and/or cardiovascular emergencies and cardiopulmonary arrest in pediatric patients. By preparing for the course and participating in the skills stations and simulated cases, you will enhance the recognition of and intervention for respiratory emergencies, shock, and cardiopulmonary arrest.

Successful completion of this course requires:

• Completion of ALL online pre-course work (instructions and access included in the confirmation email), and
• Successful completion of a hands-on skills evaluation, and
• Successful participation as a Team Leader for 2 cases: a respiratory or shock emergency, and a cardiovascular emergency, and
• Scoring a minimum of 84% on a written exam

If cancellation of registration is needed, students MUST contact our office either by phone (585) 730-4030 or email: information@mylifesupporttraining.com  as soon as possible to be eligible for a refund. 

Cancellations/Reschedules received less than 72 hours before the course date, as well as students who "No Show" to the course are not eligible for refunds. 

Students are encouraged to submit an email address checked often, as all course communication will be delivered by email.  Also, the AHA now requires that eCards (electronic course completion cards) be issued via email, so the email address provided during registration is the email address your eCard will be sent to.

Prepaid registration is REQUIRED to secure a seat in this course. Students wishing to pay with cash or agency vouchers MUST contact our office PRIOR to the course.
