BLS for the Healthcare Provider CPR Classroom Course

Class Price: $70.00

The BLS for Healthcare Provider course is designed for a wide variety of healthcare professionals. Upon successful completion of this course, the provider will have the ability to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, use an AED, and assist a person who is choking in a timely and effective manner. The BLS for the Healthcare Provider course is appropriate for anyone entering the healthcare field (or students) or that is currently a healthcare professional.

Successful completion of this course requires:

  • Successful completion of a hands-on skills evaluation, and
  • Scoring a minimum of 84% on a written exam.

If cancellation of registration is needed, students MUST contact our office either by phone (585) 730-4030 or email: information@mylifesupporttraining.com  as soon as possible to be eligible for a refund. 

***Cancellations/Reschedules received less than 72 hours before the course date, as well as students who "No Show" to the course are not eligible for refunds. 

Students are encouraged to submit an email address checked often, as all course communication will be delivered by email.  Also, the AHA now requires eCards (electronic course completion cards) be issued via email, so the email address provided during registration is the email address your eCard will be sent to.

Students wishing to pay by cash are REQUIRED to contact our office PRIOR to the course by either phone: (585) 730-4030 or email: information@mylifesupporttraining.com. 

Please be advised smoking is prohibited at any American Heart Association course by either students or instructors. Thank you for your understanding.

The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in all AHA courses and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the AHA. Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course materials, do not represent income to the AHA.

Participants in classes that state "Paid registration is required for admittance into class" MUST pay prior to the class date.

2. Submit a Replacement Card Request (links are at the bottom of the Course List) for the discipline required.  NOTE: For Heartsaver Cards, select BLS
